BACK TO SPOTS

Although SPOTS is all about having a good time we need to ensure that the show we put on is the best we can possibly do.

There are over 50 people directly involved in producing SPOTS shows.
This requires a large amount of co-ordination, work and finance.

It's important that all SPOTS must commit to the ground rules if they wish to be a part of it.

1. Everyone has a job to do.
  • Everyone in SPOTS has their role. Suggestions and help across the roles is welcome, but please have respect for those in charge of the different areas. Just because you might, for example, not like your costume it doesn't mean it isn't right for the show.

2. Rehearsals are important.

  • Actors must attend rehearsals on time and be there until the end.
  • Have respect for those rehearsing, so be quiet and turn off your phone!
  • Don't leave the rehearsal room without advising the director. There will be break times.
  • SPOTS with 'escorted' NATS passes must not leave the rehearsal room unless accompanied.
  • If you can't get to a rehearsal then you must give the director good notice.

3. Timescales.

  • Everyone has timescales to keep - we can't do our best if we leave things to the last minute!
If you are scheduled to complete a task then do it on time. The earlier things are done then the more time we have to work with it.
4. Don't be a primadonna!
  • Everybody mucks in!
